IT‘S NOT A FOAM. IT‘S LIGASANO®
Ligasano® is a medical polyurethane with a honeycomb structure, that is used for many years as an advanced medication according to its unique characteristics of drainage, debridment and activation of granulation, even without the use of any suction source.

The specific characteristics of Ligasano® allows:
* the application of a lower pression than usual, with a higher level of security while the same ensuring of the benefits of the therapy, also in patients who can not tolerate the standard values of pressure
* cleans fast and effectively the wound bed
* the maintenance of the ideal microclimate in the wound avoids the risk of tissue maceration even with longer exposure of aspiration
* a response to the need of the different areas or hetergeneous zones of the wound with one single product

Ligasano® green: in the presence of necrosis, fibrin and deep wounds with a lot of exsudate

Ligasano® white: in the presence of granulatin tissue, wounds, sensitive skin, painful areas, slightly exsudating wounds.

 

HYDROCOLLOID NP
The priority of each treatment is to ensure a save dontinuity. It is not uncommon for the TPNT has to be stopped because of skin reactions due to the glue of common polyurethane films. For this purpose we have developped an alternative system as occlusive cover, our hydrocolloid NP, specifically used in this therapy to ensure the full continuity of the application without compromisinig the surrounding skin.

The hydrocolloid is available in 5 different shapes and sizes.

 

Woundbag®
In addition to be safe and easy TPNT should be easy in use.

NidiCare has notified the patent system, which has the aim that one single user can change the medication fast, convenient and practical.
The WoundBag is tabbed with an adhesive ring on the bottom which provides a direct connection to the hydrocolloid. Ligasano green in the inside guarantees a constant drainage of the wound below the WoundBag. The universal valve on the top ist quickly connected with the drainage tube.
If the negative pressure is started there is an immediate visual check of the function since the WoundBag contracts.

When changing WoundBag and hydrocolloid are removed simultaneously.
