How to attach and remove the hip protectors

  1. Turn the inside of the functional pant out
  2. Raise the protector strip that protects the pocket and the protector and flip it out
  3. Put the protector in and cover it with the strip (which has been raised – step 2.)

Hip protector PD Care®

Material and effectiveness
The PD Care hip protector was made with a newly designed foam which differs from traditional quality to its viscoelastic behaviour. The reaction of saving also depends on the applied forces. For an applied load so slow the saving also reacts with an elastic behaviour, while a load apllied in a traumatic way it reacts with greater rigidity.

Up to 80% of all hip fractures can be prevented. The behaviour varies depending on temperature - body temperature will make the foam softer and worn close to the body. Take a test: hold the protector under hot running water for a short time or place it on a radiator.

For years, the viscoelastic foams have emerged as effective systems of padding in the care of bedsores. In addition, these viscoelastic protectors are succesfully used in the world of motorcycle racint and other sports.

Duration
Per una protezione ottimale si consiglia la sostituzione dei protettori dopo due – tre anni di utilizzo.

Comfort
The hip protectors are adjusted on body temperature, in this remperature range it offers the perfect fit that distinguishes them. The material is not too soft and firmly adhers to the contours of the body and ensures even distribution of compression. Any pressure points on the skin are avoided effectively. Thanks to these characteristics, PD Care can also be worn without any porblems during the night. In lying position the material fits the body and when you get up repurchases over its original form within seconds.

Hygiene and cleanliness
Remove the protectors before washing the shorts. The protector should not be washed in the washing machine. We recommend a short-term washing with wather and a subsequent cleaning with disinfectant.

Using instructions
Apply the hip protector following the instructions printed on the inside of the panties.
