LIGASANO-GRÜNES KLIMAGITTER® for prevention is a polyurethane foam, permeable to air and water, can be regulated as a rilter in three dimensions. The structure is raw, the surface rough.
LIGASANO-GRÜNES KLIMAGITTER® is not intended for direct contact with the patient and only in exceptional cases is applied directly on the skin.
Action: Due to special properties of LIGASANO-GRÜNES KLIMAGITTER® is possible to breathe in those parts of the body where it is in contact with other surfaces (eg.: beds or chairs, backs, etc..), there is a concentration damp or wet. Large quantities of liquids because of the simple effect of gravity, can flow down, the humidity (eg.: sweat) can evaporate. This can effectively prevent skin maceration.
Indications for use: Between LIGASANO-GRÜNES KLIMAGITTER® and skin, and /or injury, always use a layer of LIGASANO® white, which is placed in direct contact with the skin in order to benefit from its therapeutic value.
If it is not necessary to have the therapeutic action of LIGASANO®you could use as an intermediate layer any other breathable fabric (sheets, clothing etc).
Restistance, cleanliness: LIGASANO-GRÜNES KLIMAGITTER® as prevention can be used in most cases all week and can be washed at 60°C. In the washing machine or in case of spin protect it against the risk of mechanical damage ( eg. with a laundry net). It is not necessary to dry LIGASANO-GRÜNES KLIMAGITTER®, after spinning it is practically dry.
